We’re hiring a florist in Irvine

The work

• Designing and building arrangements to order, most of them same-day
• Conditioning and caring for fresh stock
• Working from a customer brief on custom pieces, which are about a third of what we do
• Keeping the studio clean and the cooler organised

What we’re looking for

• Hands-on floral experience — a shop, a studio, events, or your own work
• An eye for colour and proportion. We care more about what you’ve made than where you trained
• Reliability on the days you commit to, especially around Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day
• Comfortable talking to customers about their order
• A valid driver’s licence and access to a car — deliveries across Orange County are part of the role
