Fresh Flowers Are Sold As-Is
Gemma Flowers arrangements are made fresh to order with perishable, hand-selected blooms. Because flowers are a natural, time-sensitive product, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.
Our Quality Standard
We are a small, independent florist. Every arrangement is hand-crafted and inspected before it leaves us — we take pride in the quality of what we deliver, and we don't send anything we wouldn't be proud to receive ourselves.
If Something Isn't Right
If you believe there was a genuine quality issue with your arrangement on the day it was delivered, please contact us within 48 hours so we can take a look. You can reach us:

- By replying to your order confirmation email
Please include your order number and a clear photo of the arrangement. At our discretion, and on a case-by-case basis, we may offer a credit toward a future order if we agree there was a quality issue on our end. We do not issue refunds or replacements.
What We Don't Cover
- Natural decline of flowers after delivery
- Damage caused after delivery (heat exposure, no water, etc.)
- The recipient not being home or refusing delivery
- Wrong delivery address provided at checkout
- Change of mind after an order has been prepared
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if you contact us before we begin preparing the arrangement. Once an order has been prepared or dispatched for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled.
